“The hotel was neat and clean. Very nice staff. Neighborhood is quiet. Only 10mins drive to San Sebastian. Recommend if you doing road trip. Easy to find parking at the front door. Perfect choice is driving. Worth the penny!”
“Very nice hotel. Overnight stay on way to Spain. Associated restaurant is quirky. Very popular. Breakfast served in hotel was lovely. The lady serving went the extra mile, ”
“Hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful. Great location. Hotel is simple eg no tea or coffee facilities in room but there is a small fridge and we were given a small bottle of Cava on arrival with two glasses. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station which is also co-located with the train station and taxi rank. ”
“Everything is perfect with this hotel - good price, cleaned, new decor, good condition, comfortable bed, quiet safe neighborhood and room with a view etc. except I found a lady bug on the wall. ”
“We had 3 nights at this Hotel to experience the Pintxos bars which was just amazing, a must for any food lovers! The location of the hotel in the old town was perfect (actually as we got to know the area I would say probably the best place to be), bit noisy in the mornings but to be expected and didn’t put us off. The service in the hotel was excellent, even the breakfast at the hotel was just as good as going out to eat, would stay there again in a heart beat!”
“We loved staying at the Intelier Villa Katalina Hotel!
Breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient.”
“The hotel was outstanding. Service was excellent. Staff were super, particularly Zarika.
Transport to San Sebastián was easy and cheap via local buses which stopped around 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The only downside is the WiFi. It’s really poor, so if you need it for business, then make sure you have an alternative means of connecting. I found WiFi coverage in San Sebastián poor.”
“I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure.
There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it.”
