“Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. “Great location and apartment, very easy to get into Manhattan, would highly recommended!”

“This was the perfect location for everything my family wanted to do while in the city. Raul was awesome with communication, and it was a comfortable stay. I would totally stay again! Thank you for a great stay!”

“We loved the neighborhood. It felt very safe and so much to eat nearby. It was wonderful for traveling all over the island. The apartment had everything we needed and it all worked great! Only downside we had was the address listed and sent to you is NOT where you are actually staying. They send you the actual address 24 hrs prior to check in. (All the pictures and description is the actual apartment though)”

The access door is between 3 restaurants. Then you have to go up 3 floors on a narrow steep staircase carrying your suitcases. It is also 2 blocks away from a hospital, thus there are sirens night a day. One of the bedrooms has no windows, the other 2 face the street. The larger room has a window that……

“Much larger apartment than expected. Good location in Chelsea. Enjoyed our stay with 2 parents and 4 young adults.”
