We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no……

“The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. It appears they are trying to keep up with maintenance but it could be improved. Nobody came to check the room or replace towels, coffee, etc. so we took the towels down and replaced them at the office, and nobody was in the office at the time. We weren't there long enough to determine if that was a one off but it felt like there was minimal support from whoever was actually running the business.
