“Came down for spring break as a solo mom with two kids ages 9 and 7. We originally booked the Beachside Hotel and upon checking we immediately checked out and got a last minute room at Westgate for 4 nights. The front desk crew was super welcoming to us (thanks Ro and Amy) and when we got to our super clean suite with big comfy beds we were so relieved! The next day the resort looked even better in the daylight. The beach spot is fantastic, you can rent chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards……

“We stayed in unit ten of the Drift in Cocoa Beach and didn’t really know what to expect. There was parking in front of the complex. The Drift was a quiet complex that was a short walk to the beach. The Drift even had beach chairs to use and beach wagons! As for our unit, it was small but perfect for 2 people. There were bath towels, washcloths, linens, and beach towels to use. They provided a pump soap that could be used for hands, body, and hair, (no conditioner). There were 3 rooms;……

“Very clean property and room. Got an upgrade and that was a pleasant surprise! Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access to many things such as Cocoa Beach Pier (within walking distance-less than a mile), the beach (could see if from the top floor of the garage (and got to see Artemis II launch from there!), easy shopping choices around, as well as places to eat. Prices reasonable around the area and Ron Jon Surf Shop right across the street! They also had their own surf shop on the……

“We were pleasantly surprised that our suite had two rooms, but the property is very dated. The carpet and furniture look ancient. There's not a single bench around the building. Parking is good, a bunch of restaurants within the walking distance ”

“We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed……
