“Excellent location! Walkable to many sites including the City Market, carriage rides, and excellent dining options. We left our car in the hotel parking lot as everything was a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and the complimentary breakfast helped us get an early start to our day. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. ”

“The room was clean but very very small - almost just big enough for a bed and small table. We did notice inconsistencies in room servicing from day to day. Different or missing towels and on one occasion we tracked down someone to give us additional shower containers. The hotel provides daily breakfast bags to each room. These contained baked goods, an apple and banana. One thing to be aware - the hotel charges a daily "lodging amenity fee" of $20. We were not aware of this until we saw……

“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina. Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations……
