Upon investigation we discovered the reason there was a regrettable delay in escorting you to rooms was that our front host tried to explain about your room reservation of your party and the child’s policy under 12 year’s old but your child was 15 years old that means the extra person was charged to your account which met with your kindly approval. Our housekeeping manager did investigate the charge for the additional cost for laundry for damage and found that this was accepted by you upon check out. We deeply regret the inconvenience you suffered and hope we have the opportunity to redeem ourselves on your next visit as nothing would give us greater pleasure than by having the chance to show you a memorable U Pattaya experience.
