The service really bad .we call in advance that we will arrive after at midnight. We arrive at the hotel at 12:30 am and our room not available. They been given our room to someone else and we have to wait for manager till 2:30 am and we get to our room almost 3 am in the morning . We paid for room that got 2 bed and sofa bed but we get room that have no sofa bed and still charge us the same price. Booked for 6 pp. but there is only 2 tooth brush . And once we get in our room at 3 am , the manager ask us to pay straight away and we want to pay in card but he only accept cash. The worst hotel service I ever been .

The only thing good about the property was the swimming pool however if you want to stay where there is peace and quiet look some where else. There is a lot of families and locals coming here to take pictures of themselves and kids being so loud. The communication from managers was terrible unable to get through to them and also we had to wait over one hour for someone to give us the keys. From start to finish the communication was terrible, if you want to stay here avoid booking through Pattaya Holidays.

very unusual system and easy to be in trouble.

I could not stay this hotel even I booked this on hotels.com. Check in time to be informed 24hrs before in advance otherwise you cannot check in when you arrived hotel during non opening hours of reception. On top, after all booking, I have received email of Additional Cleaning fee 600 THB - 9000 THB to be charged at arrival on top of booked value.
