The room was dirty, the air conditioner filter were so dirty when we turned it on a bunch of dirt blew out and when we looked at the Filters they have not been cleaned in 6 months or more & were covered in fur, the bath room there was blood and fecal matter by the side of the toilet , there was a ceiling supply fan cover that was dirty should not be there if you have a Ptac heating and cooling wall unit. 「We arrived for 1night to attend a wedding. On the web for this hotel it states if you need any special requests please contact our hotel at 585-395-1000. I wanted to request an early check-in so that we could change into our wedding clothes. I tried that phone number all day long and there was never an answer. I also texted a request and never received a reply. So something needs to be addressed to this situation.」
