"Everything was great!"

"During my recent stay, I noticed that the housekeeping standards were not as thorough as expected for a 5 star hotel.A fruit box left by a previous guest was not cleared from the room during my entire stay, and it remained there until I che cked out. I did not raise it during the stay because I wanted to observe the regular housekeeping standards. In addition there were stains on the shelf andthe iron was dirty. These details affected the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, they will take my feedback seriously, and the hotel can review its housekeeping procedures to ensure rooms are checked more carefully for future guests."

"The hotel is very quiet even thought it is located near the legian beach. Just a short walk from the noisy main road. A lots of food choice nearby and Beachwalk mall is of walking distance. The Staffs are very courteous and attentive. Breakfast has a good spread of western and Indonesian foods. Service staff are attentive and even remember our room number after eating there for 3 mornings. The jacuzzi lack maintenance, my foot got struck to the vacuum suction and gotten some abrasion. But staff is kind to ask about my injuries during the breakfast next morning. "

"This was an amazing honeymoon experience! We had the private villa suite with our own pool. It felt safe and it was gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely loved it. "

"THe hotel was simply amazing. Luxury at its best. Stayed in 3 different rooms… as odds as it seems. The one with the ocean view was amazing. Decided to upgrade to full suite with kitchen area, living room room, sitting room and bedroom. If u can splurge…. Omg. Do it. Wrap around balcony. Corner windows overlooking the ocean and the resort itself. Sublime!!"
