Good vibe, location but make sure to get nice room

We are overall happy with our visit at PinkCoco - very serviceminded staff and vibe overall. However - some rooms are in need of renovation (we stayed in Rita) and this room needs a refreshment of the bathroom. The staff did however everything they could to make us comfortable, so we were very happy with our stay. Location is the best in Uluwatu!

Had an amazing stay again but a few small things that made me not give a 5 star rating. Bathroom towels were always dirty with lots of stains, oil wasn’t used in the room like the last time I stayed (had to ask if we wanted it) and the bathroom was a little dirty / had a very mouldy smell so had to keep the windows open most of the time. I will definitely be back though!

Location is amazing and the staff super friendly. I loved the daily surprises in the room and really fehlt appreciated. One night my neighbours watched TV until 2 am and i could hear everyting. They clean the room twice a day. Loved my stay at PunkCoco

Upon arrival l was greeted by friendly staff who provided me with a welcome drink and a cold towel, which was much appreciated after a long drive from Ubud. The staff helped me with my luggage and explained about the pools, breakfast, and my room. I had a mini fridge with some free cans of drink in, a fresh fruit basket, and you can even borrow pyjamas, flip flops, and a reusable water bottle. The mosquito net around the bed was a lovely touch, although I didn't seem to have a problem in my room. They do provide bug spray though, should you need it. I don't want to spoil the surprises but when I returned from dinner, I found the staff had completed turn down service and left several lovely surprises in my room. The surprises didn't stop there - I spent the day by the pool during which, Benjamin and some lovely other staff brought over additional surprises frequently. The pool was amazing! Unfortunately I was only here for 2 nights so l only got to use it once. I didn't use the hotel restaurant for dinner but down the road is a lovely Italian. Breakfast was fantastic - the amount of food you get is great. It's not a buffet - you choose from the menu but can order unlimited extras or a bakery item. I did have some food from the hotel restaurant for lunch, which was delicious. Overall, my stay was amazing - the staff were all super friendly and Benjamin particularly made an effort to chat during breakfast. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and welcome here.

Pink, pink everything and I loved the theme! I'm usually a Marriott person, but I stepped outside of my box and I'm glad I did because this hotel and the location was amazing. My husband and I stayed in one of the penthouses for 3 nights at a very reasonable cost. My only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but the beautiful bathroom and sitting area outside made up for it. The breakfasts were so tasty and we had dinner 1 night also and that was great. Great service all around!

Decent not great

The room was cute and well decorated. We had no TV in our room. Which is not a big issue for us. There was very poor lighting and not enough international plugs in the room. They also didn’t give us fresh towels everyday and we had to go to the reception to refill our bottles. But overall we liked it.

Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in the area who does not want to be surrounded by children. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly and answered all of our questions and was there to help whenever we needed it. They made it very easy to order food by the pool. All you had to do was send a message via WhatsApp… Along with anything else, such as booking spa appointments, etc. Highly recommend and will stay again! I wish they had one of these in every state in the United States and every country around the globe:

From the moment I arrived at PinkCoco Uluwatu, I was completely enchanted. Every corner is bursting with personality – from the chic pink touches to the lush gardens and boho-inspired decor that make it feel like a dreamy tropical escape. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and designed with a fun, quirky flair that still manages to feel calming and serene. I especially loved the little details – the surprises every day, were so fun and made you feel so special. The pool area is a relaxing haven, with a few pools to choose from. The staff are the real stars. Warm, welcoming, and always smiling – they made me feel right at home and went out of their way to help. You can tell they genuinely care. PinkCoco Uluwatu is the kind of place that lives in your memory long after you've left. This place is a total win. Can’t wait to come back!

ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und zentral, der nächstgelegene Strand ist sehr schön! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer total schön eingerichtet, es wurde 2 x am Tag das Zimmer aufgeräumt und man wurde immer mit schönen Kleinigkeiten überrascht. Ein Highlight war mein Geburtstag, das Hotel war sehr bemüht mir einen wundervollen Tag zu machen!💖

Great find in uluwatu

This is a great adults only facility that is really centrally located in Uluwatu. If you’re by the pool you receive lots of snacks and mini drinks. As gluten and dairy free was put on our booking, we didn’t get to receive a lot of them but breakfast managed to cater for us. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and the price was reasonable for the area. We had a horizon room.
