“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned once during our four-night stay. On Monday and Tuesday we left around midday, but on Wednesday we left at 8 a.m. with the “Please……

“Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner.……

“We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. “The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”

“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. “Fantastic place to stay. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday and the staff had put out balloons and chocolates (without being prompted). Shuttle service works well to Disney, pool is great and so are rooms. Fantastic place!”

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger avec eux sur l’histoire du château, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus enrichissant et authentique. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et chargé d’histoire, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps.
