What a beautiful property! Truly incredible place to stay. The information given of how to access was exceptionally straight forward and easy to follow. The property itself was superb.

Perfect stay!

Our stay at Venlaw Castle was absolutely perfect. There were no issues with check-in and the property was immaculate. It was the perfect spot to stay in around the corner from Neidpath Castle while here for a wedding. Highly recommend you consider this property!

A lovely apartment

Very clean, tidy and homely. The beds were large and comfy. The apartment was beautifully decorated with some lovely touches such as the lit up Christmas tree. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely apartment and setting

We really enjoyed our stay at Venlaw. Only thing I would have appreciated was a wee pint of milk in the fridge. With such a late check in of 3pm had hoped for a cup of tea on arrival but no milk. most serviced accommodation provides. welcome basket with a wee biscuit etc and some milk in the fridge. Otherwise couldn’t fault the place or host communication.

Even better than it looks!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Clean, tidy, very comfortable, chic, great views, great location. The beds were huge and so comfy, the kitchen is well fitted out with everything you could need. The views from the apartment are lovely, and there are lots of woodland walks on the doorstep. It is a fairly easy walk into the town from the property. A nice touch with dog bowls etc in a wee pet drawer. TVs in every room with a great choice between Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc and a DVD player. Plus another drawer full of DVDs. Bathrooms very clean with lovely products to use and big fluffy towels. The hosts were so easy to contact and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Above and beyond expectations

Wow! What a relaxing place with great comfort, beds and all, beautiful surroundings and delightful town. The host was so accessible and quick when we checked in and out. Will definitely consider a re-visit.
