“House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.”

“Overall a success. This is a beautiful old historic home with lots of cool features. It was great for our usage - business associates in the Birmingham area for the Porsche Driving Experience. I would say it would be great for families and kids too. The rental process was great and convenient.”

“It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. We stayed for an event. When we had comenback to the unit that night, the tv on the main floor was on, when we know it was not on when we……

“I chose this property for the space we needed for family to come for our daughter’s graduation and for the high reviews. It was clean, comfortable and a very nice home recently renovated. The living area felt like home for sitting and chatting in the evening. It was perfect for our needs!”

“We went to Birmingham for a quick getaway to enjoy the city and check out the food scene. The townhouse had a ton of character and we really liked the finishes and decoration. Very clean and well maintained. The location has lots to offer with restaurants and shops within a mile of the property.”

“We stayed at The Butterfly House when to attend a show at Avondale Brewing. The house is perfect with a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood is very walkable. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Well appointed cottage a couple of blocks off a busy street with easy access to the hospitals, downtown & clubs. Home is nicely decorated with a welcoming swing on the front porch. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe & fantastic for walking with a park 2 blocks away. Options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also close by. The General is a quaint coffee shop with good breakfasts and a lovely gift shop. Communication with the owner was easy and swift. Washcloths and bath/shower soap were in……
