“A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax .”

“Apartment above garage with adequate for up to 4 people traveling with dogs. Host does live at the residence also”

“The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very convenient to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions. There are 4 steps to get into the first floor apartment.”

“Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location”

“For the good, A/C works, stove worked, refrigerator worked. Unfortunately everything else was subpar, I believe it was rated excellent quality on Expedia due to scam accounts inflating the quality. “Conveniently located by Downtown Buffalo and the airport. Our host, Dave was great. Check in just the right amount. The space is cozy and a great remodel. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Buffalo.”

“Altamente recomendada, se pasa un una estancia confortable cómoda”

“This was my second time staying here and still such an amazing time! So many sleeping spaces and an air mattress available if needed. Host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Such a perfect place to get friends together :) Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the hot tub & pool!”

“Room and bathroom was old and dirty, with very bad smell. Bed was not clean. Towels were old.”

“When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. ”
