“Stunning hotel with amazing pool and jacuzzi area and fabulous outdoor space for sunbathing.Shuttle service to nearby Hensol castle for gin distillery tour/afternoon tea. “Spacious, light and airy room which was perfect for sorting our kit and last minute prep before beginning our coastal path hike the next day. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. ”

“Celtic Manor is a huge resort that is beautifully presented. We stayed in the Manor House which is lovely and full of charm albeit a little tired in places. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Adventure Golf is fun. We also had Sunday lunch at Rafters which was delicious, with great service and fantastic views. The car park is not too close to the Manor House and is quite pricey. Just a consideration not to deter you as all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. ”

“What we liked: Nice property with very friendly reception staff especially Pippa. Never used the spa and swimming facilities but it’s great this is on offer for all residents. What could be better: Lounge bar does not serve coffee after 9pm. Food in the lounge bar could be better. What we didn’t like: Breakfast at £31 Food in the Ravelles restaurant is overpriced.”

“Excellent stay - spacious, clean room with great views. Hotel grounds well maintained and great to be able to use the pool and spa area. Enjoyed the garden room in the restaurant. Only thing lacking was a fridge in the room which would have been ideal. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
