“This was the perfect space for 10 of us to stay! Some highlights, the bath towels were probably the best towels we’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. I don’t really have any complaints… but if I could find a complaint of any kind, the programmable thermostat reset like ever two hours and it defaulted to warmer than we like… but it was a simple and easy fix and the house cooled off very quickly! Great communication and really nice place to stay! Thank you guys. ”

“Our host Peter was attentive. Except for 1 step onto the deck from the private driveway, all accessible rooms are 1 floor. The property was clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and appliances are newer. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer off the kitchen. Large screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms have blackout drapes. Plenty of towels and linens. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and yet minutes……

“This is more than just a cozy cottage. It had a great upstairs layout with a centralized kitchen and living room then the downstairs had an awesome game room and movie room. The rooms were all clean floors are all swept and mopped. The only minor things that I could say would be just some slight updating where the paint was damaged, replacing one set of mini blinds in the front bedroom and maybe the porch step on the front side of the driveway, it's just a little high for old knees lol.”

“The Ark was less than 2 miles from the property, so that was fantastic. They had games to play with was good because of the outdated tv. Overall the stay was good, we had pizza delivered the second night, delivery drive complimented the home and we agree. ”
