“This was our second trip to this location. It was once again welcoming and wonderful. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable and was just what our family needed for this 3-day get away. It is very close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, additionally close to Cincinnati as well. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again. ”

“ This home was in a perfect location for going to the Ark Encounter. When we arrived it smelled fresh and clean and we found everything we needed.2 nice sized bathrooms and a kitchen ready for cooking and eating.We would recommend this home to our friends and family!We arrived after dark so a small motion detecting doorway light would have been nice for senior citizens with imperfect vision .The host is quick to reply and very kind.”

“We chose Peter's home because it had a large dining table, enough beds for our family of 11, fun games for the kids, and was close to the ark! We had some issues with the heat upon arrival, however Peter was easy to reach and very accommodating with this unique situation. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible and transferred us to another nearby home that he also rents. I would stay at any of Peter's homes if we return to the area. Peter is a great host……

“Top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed! We love places with historic charm and this space was amazing! It had everything we needed and then some. It was a 5 minute drive to the Ark so it was easy to come and go. We cooked all of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The downstairs bedrooms were a little chilly but with an extra blanket it was fine. I was worried about the train at night based on other reviews but only my DIL in the queen room even heard it. “We loved our stay! There was much room for our large group of 16. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and we had space for everyone at the dining room tables. We used the 3rd table for plying cards, games and bingo. This is a wonderful large family home. Very comfortable with the children. The stairs are a little worrisome...you just can't keep kids from stairs and we had a couple of tumbles. Just as an fyi... it wasn't a deterrent for us.
