“Overall the stay was good. Our room was clean but the motel could use an update. Our room had patched holes in wall. the bathroom tile was broke and would wiggle when you stepped on it. The toilet paper holder was barely holding in the wall. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with yogart, assort. cererals, fruit, bagels and muffins, etc. It did have a waffle maker if you like that sort of thing. We booked this place because of it's location to The ARK, which is just up the road.……

“The best place to stay if visiting Ark Encounter. Continental breakfast provided cold boiled eggs prepackaged, waffle maker, packaged oatmeal, fresh bananas and apples, yogurt and packaged muffins. More than enough to start your day. Comfortable beds microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Mexican restaurant on the property! Keep in mind more of a motel vibe, hotel lobby and breakfast as well as restaurant right across parking spaces. Ark Encounter is also walkable if you are not……

“Clean and beautiful. The bath houses were always very clean. Only down side is there’s a life lift (helicopter) right beside the tents and a train track close which creates a lot of extra noise when trying to sleep.”

“The space felt new, clean and had nice little amenities that are appreciated when on a long trip! Plenty of soaps, paper goods and eating space for average size family! Could use extra seating around tv and more comfortable fire pit seating but would definitely book again!”

“Nice game room..cute decor...big tv...the second bathroom is great....not far from ark encounter...great neighbors.”

“This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again.”

“It was interesting and as close to camping as I will probably get. The restrooms were inconvenient for early morning and or late night... Could have used a chamber pot. All and all not bad.”

“A beautiful step back in time with a cozy and relaxing place. The rustic decoration of the place is amazing and the whole experience was awesome. Ms Judy is an awesome host and met us there at check in to show us around and make sure our stay was great. Peaceful quiet country stay and 15-20 minutes to The Arc and restaurants in town! I highly recommend this place to stay.”

“Everything was just fantastic! The house is just what we needed for our stay in KY. It had lots of room, was extremely clean, and comfortable. The home has a very cozy feel to it. It is extremely well stocked,.... we didn't cook but we could have! Sherry is very accommodating, personable and so very kind! Thanks for making this a really great, memorable vacation Sherry! Thank you for sharing your special place with us. So grateful to have found you and your "happy place"!”

“Great place, very clean, very accommodating and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend to others, perfect location for visiting the Ark Encounter; we actually used as home base for visit to both Creation and Ark Museums.”

“Unique and simple stay for us. Worked well, so we could stay together in one local area. I would recommend this location and stay for anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel. Quiet area, great local restaurants within walking distance. Clean and cool rooms/apartment-style rental. It had off-street parking, and delightful to have a place to rest that was not a hotel.”

“Nice clean house. Just be aware the BBQ is a charcoal BBQ. You will need to buy charcoal for it.”

“This property was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter! The house was clean and had everything we needed! My sons really enjoyed the game room and the toys upstairs!”

“Very cozy home felt very welcoming. The host was very pleasant as well.”

“Excellent clean good beds however, living room couches should be replaced. Otherwise excellent”

“This is a wonderful space to stay. Each section has been throughly constructed to ensure a pleasant stay and meet your needs. We very much enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend!”

“This rental was great! It was very clean, accurately described, & cozy. The owners were excellent with communication, & even checked in to see how our stay was going via the app.”

“This place is a gem! Super clean and well stocked with so many little extras that were so appreciated. It is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location to the Ark Encounter. It is located in the sweetest little town with the friendliest people. We enjoyed all the shops, restaurants and learning about the history of Williamstown. Thanks Gina, for making the process so easy for us. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.”
