「We were a group aged nine to eighty. There was a lot on offer to cater for us all. There were nine of us and the place was big enough for us to spread out and enjoy varying activities. A bus stop outside going into Edinburgh was a bonus. Would highly recommend it. Does Scotland proud!」

「We stayed at the Garden Cottage and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gardens. Also we took full advantage of the many walking trails in the local area. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. We would love to come back again!」

「Communication with Julie was good. The apartment was great, warm/cosy, comfortable bed with lots of amenities in the kitchen although we ate out mostly.Having the place to ourselves was ideal having brought our dog. The view from sitting at the table was lovely with it being right next to the river and also the walking paths. Would definitely use again, so much better than staying in a hotel.」

「Small study but did not seem cramped. Very well equipped. Excellent power shower with plenty of (very) hot water. Located a few minutes walk into Peebles main street. Lovely location looking out into open area buy the river Tweed.」

「The place is super quaint and clean. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Not a lot in town to eat, the one pub was not recommended, so be sure to plan meals accordingly. Easy drive to train station. Parking was limited and a bit far away.」
