“I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years. I am never disappointed. I am originally from Rapid City and I feel like this place is the best kept secret. Great location, for food and coffee all within steps of the property. The rooms are clean, open, bright, tastefully decorated, roomy and completely functional for extended stays. Easy check in, easy check out, Host / Owner professional and very easy to get a hold of. Property is a 10 outta 10.”

“Older home with high quality upgrades. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, and the neighborhood was still really quiet. Close and convenient to downtown area.”

“Access to eateries is within walking distance. Not much noise during stay and roomy enough for 2. Must contact through texts not respond through emails. The response/communication wasn’t clear or prompt. Once I contacted the “emergency “ number they responded right away. Our issue was that housekeeping didn’t clean room prior to our stay. Otherwise all was as advertised.”

“Very easy to find, lovely property and exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed for our stay and an easy walk into town for dinner etc. Highly recommend ”

“The property was adequate. I felt like the management company could have done a better job. They gave us 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 6 nights. Very stingy. Used to having bathrooms stocked. There was no windex, basic cleaning supplies. There was a sign in the master bathroom that said they "stocked it with amenities". There was NOTHING In the bathroom besides some old mens shampoo in the shower. No kleenex. Don't post a sign if there is absolutely nothing there. No small packet……

“Excellent appliances and set up! Comfortable bed and relaxing living room. Perfect for exploring Black Hills area and returning to this space for an evening of relaxation or rest before enjoying Rapid City. Location is handy with easy access to interstate. Road noise (as some other reviews have mentioned) at times is present, but was not bothersome. Highly recommend for a couple’s getaway that wants to blend Rapid City activities with Black Hills area. (We spent time in Badlands NP and Wind Cave……

“The loft is decorated beautifully, centrally located and was spotless. We used this as our home base as we visited the area’s sites from the Badlands to Spearfish Canyon and the monuments of Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore. Loved meeting Maci and finding the perfect pair of jeans in her boutique below. Parking is a little hairy - we got a ticket on the first day which Maci graciously offered to pay. My only suggestion would be that you bring sleep masks. The lights shine like Q-beams through the……
