「Great location」

「We absolutely loved our stay. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, quiet, appreciated all the amenities (especially the travel size toothpaste when we realized we forgot to pack some). It was exactly what we needed. Location is ideal for day trips to Mount Rushmore, Keystone, and Custer State Park, with access to all that Rapid City has to offer for food and recreation within minutes. Owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Highly recommend!」

「Access to eateries is within walking distance. Not much noise during stay and roomy enough for 2. Must contact through texts not respond through emails. The response/communication wasn’t clear or prompt. Once I contacted the “emergency “ number they responded right away. Our issue was that housekeeping didn’t clean room prior to our stay. Otherwise all was as advertised.」

「Beds-comfortable & clean. I have a terrible back & this mattress/pillow combo was amazing. House-clean, nicely kept, everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Washer/dryer would have been nice, but we made due without. Cupboards were stocked with necessities so that we didn't need to get much at the grocery store. Hosts-spectacular! 「The property was in a good location for restaurants downtown and getting around was easy enough. We did have a little issue locking the door when leaving, but kept working it and it locked. The bathroom was a little interesting, might want an update some.over all Jamie was very helpful when you called her.」

「The property was adequate. I felt like the management company could have done a better job. They gave us 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 6 nights. Very stingy. Used to having bathrooms stocked. There was no windex, basic cleaning supplies. There was a sign in the master bathroom that said they "stocked it with amenities". There was NOTHING In the bathroom besides some old mens shampoo in the shower. No kleenex. Don't post a sign if there is absolutely nothing there. No small packet...
