Great place for families

Everything was right there, the place was perfect for a large family. The view off the balcony was amazing! We definitely would stay there again.

Cleanest unit we've ever stayed in!

Great family beach vacation

This condo is great for a family! It was clean, comfortable, and the location on the beachfront was fantastic! The shower in the master bath was amazing! It made it super easy to rinse all the kiddos after the beach! If I could say anything negative, we had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning even though it was after 4, but we atleast knew it was cleaned well! Also, one of the doors on the laundry area was broken and just stuck beside the washer and the keurig didn’t seem to work. All little things that didn’t bother us. All in all, it was a great beach vacation with my family! One thing I will say is that we got some conflicting texts and info about checkout instructions and wifi instructions. The WiFi info sent via app and text was incorrect, but there was a booklet in the unit that provided the correct info.

Beautiful condo. Great view. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Shower in master is nice and roomy. Hated it had no way to turn water on without getting soaked with cold water. Also grandkids would have loved if the jacuzzi worked. Other than that a great trip.

My favorite one tank trip

This a very convenient place and the beach is not overcrowded. I don’t think that the check in and checkout times are very fair to the clients. You can’t check in until 4pm and check out is at 10 am. That’s to early. You lose a day at the beach because you can’t check in until evening and it really inconvenient to have to rush to get everything packed and out by 10. A better time frame for both would really help satisfy clients .

Disappointed with condo condition

We’ve stayed in this condo before and it appears they’ve started to replace some furniture but the overall condition wasn’t great. Living room furniture appeared dirty and in disrepair. Sliding door blinds don’t work properly. Mold on master bath ceiling and shower faucet. Trash can in kitchen was filthy. There was a missing outlet cover in living room. Just unfortunate since we like this condo so well. Hoping this review will be helpful to owners and cleaning staff.

Nice condo, great location

Condo itself could use some updates, construction taking place to building wasn’t ideal, but overall a good stay. Booking with Vacasa was an excellent experience as usual.

Very Dated Property

This property is in need of a lot of tender loving care! Very dated. Several things do not work including doors shutting, smoke alarm, furniture replacement, etc. We will not choose this property again until changes have been made.

We had an awesome mother/daughter trip. The condo was clean and the beds very comfy. The condo is dated but we were very happy with everything. We felt safe and comfortable at this complex. The balcony is huge with a new table and chairs. The view great and a short walk to the beach.

Birthday Vacation 8/21

We loved that the place was right next to the beach even though we couldn't enjoy the beach it rained the entire weekend due to hurricane Ida. The location was good lots of places to eat nearby. The only disappointment was the furniture, the couches were old and stained I did not want to sit on it.

Great beach location

Great location, view, and beach access. Roomy condo. Lots of patio space and seating. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was a nice surprise since it wasn’t posted in the listing when I booked. The only con to this unit was mattress quality/ support. The king and queen beds both sank down in the middle so you were sleeping on a slight slope which was not very comfortable and we all woke up with achy backs which is not typical for any of us.. Overall we had a great stay and I would consider staying here again.

The unit was nice. We’ve actually stayed in this one before. I feel like it must be for sale because it is the basic of basics when it comes to how the kitchen is stocked. Especially during this time of Covid I felt that the unit was definitely not cleaned as it should’ve been. There were a pair shorts in the drawer from the previous renter, a DVD in the DVD player and when I pulled the couch out to plug up the charger for a phone there was so much food behind the couch 😳 and shocked that parking passes must be returned and used by all guests. Those should not have multiple hands using them!

Disappointed with some aspects.

Initially, the latch on the front door was broken and the 2 year old opened it twice. Once I complained, someone fixed it promptly. We had no hot water in the kitchen or in the first bedroom on the left. The last 30 hours of my stay there was no air conditioning. Someone came and flipped a breaker and called it fixed but it wasn’t. By this time it’s 11 p.m. and we just wanted to go to bed. Very miserable night since it had been 95 degrees that day.

BEST BALCONY VIEW

We loved the condo! It was well stocked with plenty of kitchen items, towels and linens! The fold out couch was comfortable and we loved the extra seating next to to the window overlooking the gulf! The added plus was a 3rd bathroom!!

Nice vacation spot!

The condo was really a nice place for a vacation. The location was excellent. There were some things left in the dressers, but we cleaned it out. Overall a good time!
