Paid for two rooms. One was not clean with clothes, bathroom gear, and nasty bed in room one. Room two outside door was open when we got to the room. Floor was nasty in both rooms. Staff did get us a better room for the un-cleaned room. Hotel needs some “TLC” and better cleaning staff. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Price was cheap but still not worth the neglect and poor condition of the rooms.

I had never in my life had a terrible experience! This place needs to be rebuilt or closed down! I had to cancel my reservation that I had for two rooms and two nights! That place is infested with cockroaches and rats I really don’t want to write this but Expedia is insisting me on write a review so here is! Just the true things transparent my intentions never is to hurt a business but we as customers deserve better!

do not stay here. waste of $500. roaches EVERYWHERE as well as spiders. smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk through the door. people walking everywhere and yelling at all parts of the night (bad part of pensacola) very nasty hotel. black mold in ceiling and floors and holes in wall, don’t even look like carpet has been cleaned in years.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to, with the worst owner. The guests and owner there are filled with many Demon spirits. Don’t ever go here, it’s an extremely dangerous place, with an evil owner.

Roaches, terrible place 2 stay. Dead Roaches even n the fridge. Shower curtain absolutely filthy. Curtains filthy, walls dirty. First rm, there was a live roach n the bed. The rate is pretty right for the room.. and you get what you pay for.. personally I wouldn't sleep in the sheets... And I didn't I brought my own blanket .. I'd say the best thing about this place is the staff .. the lady at the front desk was real.. and cool.. he k she even open a couple rooms and let us check them out..so we got the best of the two . And I've never had that option .. anyhow id recommend locking your car and I didn't have a pet with me but I do know from experience it's hard to find a place to stay that do.. and I read that they do.. hope this helps

Expedia sold me a smoking room. They were none available, they were already occupied. First room the lock was broken. Second room has roaches and after seeing 3 out in day light, drapes were open, I went to the front desk to check out. Roaches, unacceptable. I don’t know if Expedia is going to refund the reservation. Front desk said it was one of their best rooms. Offered to move me to another building but I refused. Left property and and drove home.

My wife was flying into Pensacola late that night. tWe love about 3 hours away from Pensacola, we were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night so we could rest and drive the nrg morning. I booked the hotel because the pictures on the website looked great. I think those pictures were taken 20 years ago when the hotel first open. There were big roaches in the bathroom and the ligh fixtures did not work. No towels. Well we made it work. We spent the night and drove away early the next morning.
