Palacio features a sizeable beachfront balcony that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico, making the absolute most of the spectacular views. It has 1313 SF of spacious living area with a modern kitchen. The Main Bedroom suite has a walk-in closet, double vanities, enclosed water closet, garden tub with whirlpool, and separate glass-enclosed handicapped accessible shower in Main Bath. This unit has ceramic tile throughout.

This was an amazing condo! Very clean and spacious! The view from the balcony is wonderful! I definitely recommend this condo for your stay at the beach! We had a great vacay!

Very nice condo, great location, nice beach and very nice staff. Parking is not great but definitely not the worst I’ve ever seen at a condo. It would be nice to have someone that can actually assist with issues after hours, but again, not a big deal. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.

Great Condo

The condo was really nice! Patio furniture was plentiful and nice! TVs in all rooms. Nice furniture! Used all 7 seats at the dining table. Master bed was firm for our liking. Beautiful view! Perdido realty was easy to work with to get 2nd parking pass. Maintenance guy on property is not pleasant….the loading dock was full and gave us a stare down as if he wanted to fight (360 head and pointed to sign angrily while walking by) as we temporarily sat in a no parking spot with the car on while others were loading up. Not cool but this will catch up to him :)

Great for easy access to the beach

This property was nicely located right on the beach, 4th floor. The unit itself could use a refresh, especially in the kitchen equipment department. The beach was well maintained as was the pool area. Nice pool. I was surprised there was nothing provided for the beach, no towels, no chairs, no wagon, no nothing. It was not listed as being provided but my past experiences have shown that sometimes these items are provided by the unit. The fire alarm in our unit only, not the whole complex, went off the morning of our departure. It was extremely loud and lasted for a few minutes. I think there was an electrical short that caused it to go off but I don't know. I did call it in but we were leaving and they said it would be 45 min before someone made it to the unit. I'm glad we were leaving because otherwise that would have been miserable, it happened around 7-8am.
