Beautiful condo with peek-a-boo views of Perdido Key Beach. Great pool. Elevator, which we didn’t find until the second day! lol! Had a great time!!

Great condo close to the beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is good, property description is very accurate, very clean, updated and modern. Complex is in good condition and clean. The gated parking was a nice feature, no trouble finding space. The pool wasn’t heated so it was a little too cool to swim in the pool during spring break, which would have been nice since the weather was warm, but overall the complex was well maintained and we noticed they were making additional improvements while we were there.

The property was very nice, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated and all of the amenities that are needed for your stay. We give the condo, area and beach all 5 stars. The only 4 star was given for “description of the property”. It had stated there was a heated pool on the property. This was one of the criteria we wanted when searching for our spring break spot. It appeared that the pool was not heated or it was just not heated during our stay. Overall, we do give the condo 5 stars. We will definitely come back in the warmer months when there is no need for the pool to be heated!

Home away from home!

We loved this apartment, it truly felt like a home away from home. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and a set of bunks built into the hall with luggage storage underneath. My kids enjoyed the giant Jenga game as well as various others on offer. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook with as well as plates, cups and pool friendly wine glasses. The complex was very family friendly and well designed. It was nice to go to the beach and then have a spot to rinse ourselves off as well as hose down the beach toys. The beach was only a few minutes walk down behind the property and there was plenty of space to spread out. There were lots of families staying so my kids always had someone to play with. Publix was close by for groceries as well as several restaurants, small stores and an icecream and donut shop. We head to the Pensacola area each year for at least a week and this is my top rated property after all the years. There was plenty of parking and carts to help take luggage upstairs in the elevator. We visited both orange beach and Pensacola during our time here.

While I would prefer to keep this a secret, I can’t lie, great condo! The kitchen was well stocked, nicely decorated, the furniture and mattresses very comfortable! We loved the board games as well, a fierce Trouble game ensued!
