“Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. “My partner and i stayed here for bank holiday weekend. Where i did a surprise proposal to her, the staff were a great help in setting this up for me and recording it.
