“The room was clean, but not what we expected. We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. What we were not told was that you……

Thursday night sleep was ok, Friday terrible, noise was so loud. No hot water on the Saturday morning. But for the price it was ok. Wouldn’t be back though.”

“Great staff, clean and tidy room, good location with easy car parking. Great food including very good options for my coeliac wife. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return.”

“Family run pub/ hotel which is a hidden treasure hidden in the country side, 10 mins from airport!! So glad we found it! Met the owner and family they were so so lovely and big thanks to their son who opened breakfast early on a Sunday for us catch our plane. 100% will be back and recommend to others. 👍”

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”
