"Lisa at the front desk was amazing . She changed our room because the bathroom was too small for my son. She gave us a lovely room with a great view. Because of her I will continue to use the hotel. It was the second time this year that I used the hotel."

"The rooms were very clean and the AC kept it cool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room location was very quiet and peaceful at night. Once you shut the doors, you couldn't hear the noise from the bar at all. My only reason for giving 4 Stars instead of 5 is that the property was doing major renovations in the courtyard so it was closed off and I had no idea ahead of time of this. One of the reasons this hotel was picked was due to the outside hammocks and seating and we could not utilize it. Was not made aware ahead of time, yet we were still charged full price for property. But other than that, it is an excellent hotel. Location was perfect as well."

"The resort was very nice,we had a villa and it was wonderful, the beach was beautiful, the only downside was some of the restaurants where overpriced, for example...a kids cheeseburger and fries $20 that's a bit much . Overall it was a nice vacation."
