Das Personal war sehr desinteressiert beziehungsweise es war nur eine Person, die nicht den Anschein machte Große Lust auf diesen Job zu haben. Wir hatten am Spätnachmittag ein kaltes Zimmer. Wir haben dies beanstandet bei dieser Person, aber egal. Hatten das große Glück einen kleinen Heizlüfter im Auto zu haben. Die Lage in die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber der Rest ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Misleading description- bed and breakfast only.

We left before staying the night after discovering there was no restaurant for an evening meal. It has been closed the previous week . The room offered was also very poor and in our view massively over priced. This is now a bed and breakfast , not a hotel. It is not four star as advertised.

This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.

We had a beautiful one night stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and the host was fantastic. We had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the substantial menu options available. Would highly recommend and would easily stay there again.

A little Gem

Absolutely loved it. Shame it was only an overnight stay. Room spacious and clean. Old victorian style home with a modern twist. Lovely decor, even asked where they'd got the wallpaper from as its exactly the style we're looking for. Trendy retro lighting in our room. Modern bathroom, and warm. Comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely, put in your request the night before. I had salmon and scrambled eggs, which was plentiful, and extra toast. All this and only a 5-10 min walk into the town. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely 2 night stay and were able to leave the car at the property as it’s within walking distance of city centre for shopping and dining. It’s 2 min walk up the hill to Branklyn Gardens and tea room. The property is also near to Kinoull Hill and other walks. We found our room to be quiet, very comfortable and had an excellent pre ordered breakfast each morning.

Fantastic Breakfast

Great location for a stay in Perth; only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best of all was the fantastic breakfast, the best quality produce cooked to perfection. We will definitely return to the Sunbank House Hotel whenever we are in Perth.

Beautiful property off the highway with convenient parking. Lovely garden. Quiet and clean. Pleasant lounge with bar service in the evening. Easy walk to downtown Perth. Very good breakfast cooked to order. Our host was helpful and welcoming, and went out of his way to research an issue for us. We'd love to stay there again.

Amazing stay in a beautiful city.

Spectacular place to stay. We stayed in 6 different hotels/B&Bs during this 10 day trip all around Scotland. By far the nicest out of all of them. Gorgeous room, excellent view. Very helpful/friendly manager who even made us a breakfast ahead of time since we were leaving so early. Perth wasn’t on our list of “must see” areas - we simply chose it for the convenience of driving to the airport in the morning. Wish we knew more ahead of time!!! We fortunately got to spend a good amount of time at the Scone Palace. Wow - our favorite out of all we saw. Only got an hour or so walk though the city and gardens after most places closed up. Wish we booked 2 nights!
