「Camera molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima. L'unica pecca è il parcheggio, perché i parcheggi del b&b sono pochi e al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento visto che era tutto pieno.」

「There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. 」

「Location is convenient for the most part. Parking is a bit deceptive as you need to part almost a block away. Tried to "What App" the host as suggested but got no reply. Small apartment with no fans (very hot) to use and had no air conditioning.」

「Very dated corridors and stairs to room access, lots of small steps along corridors potential trip hazards. Stairs in the annex building were very awkward to negotiate. Poorly ventilated room with one window no A/C, no refrigerator…get what you pay for..」

Hotel has a general look and feel if a 1960’s run down old property desperately in need of a good cleanup, paint, carpets replaced. On leaving, I found my car had been parked in by 2 cars. Staff were quite rude saying it could be Any customer or persons visiting the onsite gym. 「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Scone Arms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the improvements already completed look fantastic. Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. 「The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great views over the surrounding countryside and a well maintained golf course. Our room was fairly basic and a little shabby which we expected to be more polished for the price paid. The restaurants were good, particularly the breakfast, included in our rate, which had a good selection and was great value for money. The food at the Cairns restaurant for dinner was nice but the service was a bit disjointed. There was a lot of staff but still took a while...
