“Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.”

“Myself, mother and sister shared the family room which was comfortable and spacious. We felt at home straight away, which was largely down to the staff who were welcoming and friendly. They were efficient and professional while still maintaining a very helpful and personable approach. The breakfasts were very organised, offered a range of options that could be customised to suit all preferences. We had the full breakfast which was cooked to perfection, good quality and very filling. Everything……

“What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone……
