“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”

“Just a one night stay on our way up north . It’s an old building so no lift but full of character . I’m the carers for my brother who is traveling with me & the hotel made sure that we had rooms next to each other . The rooms are ok , comfortable beds , nice ensuite bathroom but obviously as it’s an older building they aren’t like a travel inn. The breakfast was excellent & as a vegan the staff went out if their way to make sure that I had a good breakfast that I could eat . My brother……

“Very quaint hotel - lots of history. Bit like a rabbit warren inside so finding the room itself took patience :-) Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Adam Restaurant is a superb room with high curved ceilings and decorative plasterwork. Signage to the rooms and stairs could be better, and the bathroom was a bit tired but clean and functional. The multi storey car park is ony a 5 minute walk away. Hotle ideally situated near the Perth Museum, the cafe quarter and the shopping area……

“Was a clean and comfy room for our overnight stay. Only fault I could see is no bar fridge in room. Other than that it was great!”

“Meikleour Arms is a unique inn on a large estate (hence "Arms," which refers to the coat of arms of the estate owner. Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. ”

“Lovely gem of a pub with great food, lovely ambience and super-friendly host and staff. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious and at the price point was excellent value for money. Great stop-off point just a few minutes off the motorway. At the price point it is great value. Oh, and the delicious breakfast was carefully prepared and presented. I must sound like a relative or shareholder! 😊”

“Très jolie place j'aurais voulu rester plus longtemps le domaines est grand avec des sentiers pour marché dans un décor idylliques avec la rivière! Une excellente cuisine et un déjeuner traditionnels écossais exquis! Un jolie bar avec une belle sélection de bons alcools (merci encore a Martin pour ses recommandations qui était délicieux) personnel très sympathique et bienveillant je recommande a tous le monde!! ”
