「It was a quiet, clean place to stay. The best part was the breakfast! The workers were very pleasant and make it obvious that they worked toward making your stay a pleasant one. One tip: better signage to lead guests to the check-in office, and please place the bath mat out in the open as the shower without it was quite slippery.」

「James and Staff were extraordinary in their service! A plus is the parking in front, although limited to 4 cars. Delicious breakfasts were served in a wonderful restaurant setting. Suggestions for restaurants were awesome. Our group of 4 could not have found a better place for our multi-day stay in Perth. This was one of our highlights for our two-week stay throughout Scotland.」
