“Convenient location quite close to old centre with several supermarkets nearby. The apartment contained a sauna for one and there was a washing machine and dryer in the laundry on the same floor. Apartment includes fridge and induction plate, but no oven or grill. Shower adequate and hairdryer. In general, perfect for a one-week stay.”

“Clean and great hôtel but its best asset is its location: This hôtel is located close and at the same level of the rail-métro ( arriving from the train station) and to the Escalators leading to the main touristic area of Perugia. There are great restaurants a few steps away from the hôtel. This hôtel does not have elevator.”

“Very nice and caring hosts. Nice place, easy nice short walk into the old town.”

“Una notte, camera Deluxe vista cortile prenotata e pagata 82,50 euro. Mi è stata assegnata la vista città, che costava un po' meno: la finestra, ben isolata da chiusa, dà sulla piazza e da aperta fa entrare i rumori. Il problema principale è una striscia LED sullo stipite del bagno, senza interruttore, accesa notte e giorno con la tessera inserita: come un abat-jour sempre acceso. “Beautiful views of the countryside. Ample breakfast with lots of choices. Room simple but great value.”

“Hotel di classe. Camers accogliente. Servizi ottimi. Personale gentile. Colazione di alto livello”

“The place is conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable, The staff is friendly and helpful. It checks all of the boxes.”

“So Amazing. We want to come back. Make sure you follow the driving instructions and try to arrive while it is still light outside. So close to the old town…yet so far away if you take a wrong turn. Rooms are amazing and so is hospitality. Thank you so much!!! Homemade cake was super fantastic and we loved the cappuccino and giant jar of Nutella!!!”

“It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns.”

“The hotel is located very close to the major highway and provides on private secure parking. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We only spent a night at the hotel so we were not able to use any of the other amenities the hotel provided.”

“Best place on my trip by a long shot”
