“Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”

The location is right in the heart of Como, which made everything walkable — the lakefront, restaurants, shops, all just a few minutes away. Transit is a real strength here. It's an easy walk from Como San Giovanni station, and it's practically next door to Como Lago, which makes arriving and getting around genuinely effortless. The room was spotlessly clean and pleasantly modern, and — importantly for summer — the air……

“We could have done with a safe in the room for the security of our valuables. Swimming pool excellent after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were very helpful at all times. Can strongly recommend this hotel.”

“La habitación no era amplia, pero estaba limpia, moderna, con cafetera, botellas de agua; buena ropa de cama y toallas. Una carpeta con explicaciones minuciosas de cómo funcionaba cada cosa. En particular no soy partidaria de no tener contacto con los dueños, pero sé que muchos funcionan así. No recibí nunca el código de acceso a la estructura , pero igual pude acceder tocando un timbre y así hacerme de las llaves. En el lugar -según la carpeta-, hay una cochera disponible que no usamos,……

“Proper en ruim appartement met airconditioning, keuken, mooie badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was aanwezig van basisbehoeften (zeep, koffie, vaatwasser en tabletten, zout, olie en azijn) Tuin met tuinstoelen, om in alle rust te genieten van de tuin. Het appartement ligt op 10’ stappen van het centrum, het strand en ook winkels om boodschappen te doen zijn op 5’ afstand in de buurt. Dus zeker een aanrader vr wie graag een korte vakantie zoekt in Bellagio.”

“I cannot say enough about Roberta, the apartment and the location! First, Roberta was such a kind and thoughtful host. In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. I had asked about storing luggage should we arrive early; Roberta said absolutely no issue. She ended up being there to greet us and provide us with the grand tour of the beautiful apartment. It was large - big bedroom, plenty of storage, pull……
