「El personal en recepción fue poco amable las veces que nos tocó acercarnos a ellos, algunas hostes en algunos restaurantes también fueron poco amables y poco serviciales, fuera de eso los meseros se portaron muy amables, los bellboys también super atentos la verdad esque solo el personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear. Yo tenía el benéfico de upgrade de habitación y no se me ofreció y tampoco se me dijo que estuviera el hotel lleno para no darme el beneficio. Fue muy mala la atención para el...

「It's s very good place for my family's vacation. The room is clean when we arrived and all staffs are friendly. Perfect view and beach, Great. BTW, it will be better if hotel can provide coffee everyday, haha.」

「Muy buena atención por parte del personal, el único pero que tendría serían con los elevadores, ya que se movían demasiado y a veces las puertas se cerraban y abrían de pronto」

「Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available.」
