"We are a group of senior ladies who like to travel. This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Villa and we love it because of the location, use of Tesoro facilities, and the beach is the best."

"The apartment was large with plenty of seating inside and a cafe table and chairs on the balcony. We had problems with the shower head and Merce replaced it immediately. Big windows throughout to keep it bright, but in the kitchen it was dark and made washing dishes difficult; if the decorative posts were removed it would have really helped."

"Beautiful views, nice pool, not in location we expected. Short walk to the pier but you do need to descend over 100 steps and ascend them after returning. Attendant was very pleasant and eager to help. Lower part of condo did not have a/c so it was quite warm. "

"We had an amazing 10 days at villa encantata. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. The location is across the bay from las gatos and la Ropa beaches but we took taxis and water taxis around each day for different experiences.This villa has a beautiful common area and a very good pool. Best suited for 4 couples. We had a 5th couple in the garden room which wasn’t as nice as the others but would be great for kids"

"The worst part about the property was how outdated it was. The lack of AC made our stay terrible. We did go in the hottest week of the year. We were miserable while there, the mosquitos were terrible. There were ants all over the place, the toilet had a leak, one shower didnt work properly. Just not family friendly. The pool was very dirty, and they didnt seem to clean it often. The front desk girls were nice. Would not stay here again, for the price, we could have stayed at a much better...
