I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.”

The smell stuck to my clothes after I left.The dryer was not functional so it wasn't possible to do laundry in the unit. Additionally, the hot water in the shower lasted for only a few minutes.
