"Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff."

"Quaint hotel with great staff. Nice meals. Stunning sunsets from the front porch. Only discomfort we had was in the room at night - the air conditioner was rather noisy and the bedsheet too thin. So it was difficult to sleep through the night as the air conditioner was rattling away and it was cold. Turning it off made it too warm!"

"We stayed at Islander Hotel for 5 nights. While check-in was pleasant, the overall experience was disappointing for the price. Cleanliness was poor — rooms were only cleaned every other day, and there were no housekeeping staff regularly present. The receptionist was friendly at first but largely unhelpful afterward. We weren’t informed that water supply stops during the night. While we understand the water scarcity in Seychelles, most hotels have water storage solutions — this one did not. There were also insects and reptiles in the villa, which made the stay uncomfortable. The restaurant had very limited variety and hardly any guests, so we often had to cook ourselves or travel far to find decent food. The lighting inside the villa was extremely dim, creating a gloomy and depressing atmosphere in the evenings. We didn’t feel especially welcome overall, and guest support seemed minimal. The beach shown in photos isn’t usable due to strong currents, so we had to travel daily to other beaches. The property has potential but is poorly managed. It feels like the owner is absent and the current team is disengaged. We definitely overpaid and wouldn’t recommend this place in its current state"
