Check in was easy. The floor was very dusty but everything else was clean. The kitchen has all utensil and kitchenette except for cutting board and toaster. The towel rack in the 2nd bathroom was coming off the wall. The area is not the safest but not bad. Plenty of street parking. The host is nice and responsive.
