Keeping in mind your accessibility/mobility needs, there are four flights of stairs in total - about 7 steps to the entrance door, 12 steps to the unit door, 12 steps to the main level of the unit, 12 steps to the upper bedroom. “Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry). “We chose this place for the close proximity to a friend that we were visiting. The apartment was cute and comfortable with all the basics you would expect. My kids enjoyed walking to ultimo coffee shop. The central air is a must have for Philadelphia in the summer! The host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I was a little dismayed as I approached by car and the route changed from suburban to one with a lumberyard and abandoned lots. But once I entered I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and looked brand new. Actually I felt safe once I was there. Nothing untoward happened. Perhaps this is a neighborhood on its way to gentrification. “The place was beautiful, great location. The only problem I had was the parking. I never saw a #2 or #4 parking spot. Just 2 spots behind the building which were numbered slot #1,#3. I was assigned #1 and so was the other person renting. People will park on the spots leaving me parking blocks away. Also there’s no iron and ironing board. O missed my first dinner date @ arrival bc I couldn’t iron my clothes. I had to go buy an iron and iron on the bed. Not too good for someone with back issues. I……
