During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. "Hotel was great staff were awsome. If I have one complaint is when I asked if the could book me taxi to airport they could but the cost is 36 usd far to expensive organized own transport and it was 15 usd and that was with no negotiating I'm sure I could have got even cheaper if used grab app. It's not staffs fault just hotel policy I guess."
