「It is a very good experience to stay in this hotel. When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. During the staying time, all staffs there just showed their hospitality and kind to all customers. I will recommend all my friends who want to travel to Phnom Penh to select the marvellous hotel!」

「Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.」

「The only concern I have is that I am a vegetarian and was trying to ask morning breakfast staff about that and they couldn’t understand me and Google translate didn’t even have english to Cambodian. Also gym was opening at 10 am and I wanted to get my workout done in the morning like 8 am before breakfast :( and no water in the gym unless you bring it from your room. Overall room was really good (1102), staff at the front desk very pleasant and other service folks very good too. Airport...
