“Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the……

“It had everything we wanted or needed for comfort, and we were able to have our dog travel and stay with us. Communication with the host was great. Many things within walking distance, including the Shakespeare festival events. We plan to return in the future and hopefully stay at this property again.”

“The Ashland Cottage was superb--full of charm and warmth, just like its owners, Margaret and Mark. We loved the cottage itself--artsy and homey, tucked into the woods of Ashland, with a private deck and gorgeous views of hills. Margaret goes above and beyond, supplying visitors with every comfort of home (plus fresh eggs for our breakfast!). And the location is so peaceful and quiet--nothing but the occasional soft sound of the hens--yet it's walking distance to amazing restaurants, the OSF……

“The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely.”

“My husband and I stayed at the house for only 2 nights and we wished could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. It was well furnished and the bed was so comfy. And those heated bathroom floors …… My husband tried to fish the river but it was too high, but it was nice to listen to at night. We enjoyed an afternoon at Red Lily Winery. We were wishing we would have brought more people to enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back.”

“Overall, it met our needs. The front door deadbolt and keypad need work. The guest has to figure out to pull on knob while typing in code or the door will not open. The lighting in the living room is inadequate. It was unpleasant to hear motorcycles, trucks and cars without mufflers at every hour…especially due to the stop sign at the corner. It’s nice to be near groceries. Again, it met our needs.”

“Originally booked for my partner, my two teen kids, and our small dog to stop on our way from California to Washington. My partner couldn’t make it so it ended up being just me and the kids. We felt very safe and comfortable and the place is very well cleaned and set up. While we didn’t end up having the dog with us, I appreciate it. They had the place all set up as if we did, Very thoughtful. Convenient access off the freeway. Easy check-in. Communication with the host was smooth. My kids want……
