Great house. We really enjoyed our time there. Enough room and things to do for the young adults. Pet friendly. Pool was a little challenge for upkeep and we had to maintain ourselves. Ice maker is too small for large group.

Beautiful house for large family gatherings

Stay was good had a drain issue with the main bathroom that leaked to downstairs so we couldn’t use the main shower/tube, even with 8 adults we managed. Was. Easy to deal with property managment. Would stay here again

Great Time**Well Appointed!!

Very well appointed home. The grounds were neat and clean, and everything worked well. They provided extra towels and blankets for the pool AND the bathrooms. My kids had a fantastic time with the game room, thank goodness for that room!!

Was perfect for our baseball weekend!

The property was exactly as advertised online. We went up to Glendale to watch out nephews play baseball. The property manager communicated VERY well and was incredibly responsive. We had zero issues. The master bed was very comfortable. It was in a great quiet area close to a ton of restaurants and fun. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Budget stay at a premium price.

We came to Phoenix to celebrate the 100th birthday of a family member, and selected this property because it appeared to be top notch. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a place that was clean and well situated, but sparsely furnished and decorated. The kitchen table only seated 5, despite the property being advertised for more people. The kitchen was not very well equipped for a large group, and the construction and decoration seemed pretty low budget. Amenity wise, the coffee maker did not work, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it.To top matters off, we felt very rushed upon checkout, as duct cleaners arrived at 9 am and cleaning crew at 9:30, when checkout was listed at 10. All in all, this property was really more like a budget stay at a premium price.

Getaway with the gals - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Five of us stayed at this beautiful Glendale house for 4 days in early May. The property was extremely clean, and the host's instructions were very clear for accessing the house and garage. The house has a great layout and can easily accommodate larger groups. I think my teenagers would really enjoy it. Each of us had our own bedroom upstairs, and the bathrooms were large and easy to share when getting ready. The pool was at a perfect temperature, and there were enough beach towels for everyone. There's a lot of outdoor seating both in and out of the sun along with a barbecue. The kitchen is HUGE, and there were plenty of utensils, dishes, cups, cookware, basic spices and olive oil. And a coffee maker, of course! There is a table that seats 4-6 in the kitchen and a family room with fireplace adjoining the kitchen. The sliding doors go directly from the kitchen to the patio and pool, so it's super easy to eat outside. The living room has a large TV, shuffleboard and an old-school game console for two players with joy sticks. Two of my friends champs at Pac-Man...who knew!?! There are board games in the family room. We had a rental car and drove to Scottsdale for most of our activities. The commute was pretty easy. We didn't encounter any issues that would make me contact management during our stay. Everything worked perfectly! The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
