“As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. “Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. “Travelling from USA with family we are accustomed to certain amenities. Even though our room had no window, carpets or artwork it ticked all the boxes. “We had a one night stopover in Mumbai from 5pm and leaving for airport at 8am. These guys at this hotel were very welcoming and organised for us to have rooms on ground floor so we did not have to go up any stairs (there are no lifts). Being over 70 it was very much appreciated. They organised our taxis for us so we were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and found this hotel ideal for our circumstances. Thanks”
