"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha"

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. "

"Het is een mooi ogend hotel in op een centrale plek nabij het nationale park. Wij waren er vroeg, maar dat was geen probleem, helaas was de kamer met zwembad zicht dus ook berg zicht niet beschikbaar die wel geboekt. De toegewezen ruime kamer oogde schoon, maar in detail absoluut niet. Het was zeer vies onder en langs het bed en in de kast. Kapotte blikjes frisdrank op de koelkast. De koelkast zelf was leeg en stond uit. het beddengoed had diverse vlekken en brandgaten oftewel zijn beste tijd...
