"It was a lovely stay for us. Everyone in the staff was very courteous and nice. The breakfast spread was decent. The resort is right on the beach and is very family and kids friendly. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option."

"We checked in and checked out the same day. My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning units, only to go back to the front desk and be told that the single key card had to go into the wall in order for there to be electricity in the room and it had to remain there if you wanted continuous electricity. We weren't told this at check-in. The accommodations weren't what they were implied to be and we were disappointed so we checked out and found other lodging."

"The hotel in South was beautiful well-maintained restaurants are very good. Staff was great I found the location to be too far from anything. The beach is quite far from the property, I don’t mean to Sand I mean to be able to swim"

"This resort is toward the end of the beach, so it’s quiet, but an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The “water taxi” (raft across the canal) made it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The gentleman that ran the raft was friendly and personable. The private pool with our room, was clean and ran daily. The room was a decent size with storage for our clothes and belongings. We had breakfast daily, which was fresh and delicious. The dining room staff were all friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is beautiful looks just like the pictures, not very big. Definitely best for a quiet stay. WiFi works well and room has a smart tv. The hotel isn’t walkable from much other than 7/11 across the road and a few food stalls. As it’s not close to the beach the room has beach towels and a beach mat which is great. Also close to the airport. The room service is very poor - they don’t have all the items listed as available and it arrived cold. I walked the food back to reception as it was cold and it was returned cold twice more. I only took it as the lady who brought it was upset - I think she thought she’d get in trouble? I was told by reception I wouldn’t have to pay for it because it was cold 3 times but was made to pay upon check out which is disappointing. Especially as it seemed to be the same meal reheated. Also when you book on Expedia you get a generic message saying the mini bar is free the 1st night even if you haven’t booked that room type - I stayed here twice. One room type was included one wasn’t got - got the same message. They should just tell you if applicable when you check in. "
