“There is no restaurant or bar on the property as advertised. The location is horrible, there is no convenience nearby, their shuttle service is not a vehicle advertised as CROWN hotel . I spent one night and checked out the next day on what was supposed to be a three night stay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.”

“The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate.
the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals.

“I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is not a hotel, it should be labeled as a motel or a quick stop. The bathrooms were disgusting. We had to put on slippers to take a shower. It was black scum all over the bathroom tiles. Housekeeping came in every day and pulled the worn out blankets to neaten the bed but never really made the bed. The lighting is horrible. It’s just a dark gloomy room. I would never recommend this to anyone or ever stay there again. I would give this 0 stars. Because of the nature of my trip being for a……
