"Lovely cottage, clean & with everything you could need for a holiday. Pickering was lovely & we also visited York & Whitby which are close. Although its street parking we were able to find a space on both days we stayed. Ive told family & friends about Lark cottage as I loved staying here"

"We had a 4 day stay last week. Bedroom 2 was very spacious with en suite. Breakfast delicious his scrambled egg was so tasty. Pascal was an excellent host and very informative on places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking a little tight but as there was only us and another guest it was fine."

"This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of lovely independent shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways within walking distance. Supermarkets nearby too. It would be slightly inconvenient if you have more than one car as there is only one parking space and nearby parking is time restricted or paid.Very handy location for sightseeing too - lots to see and do nearby and the railway will take you onto tge moors for walking. "

"A beautiful cottage in a great setting. Thank you for putting up Christmas decorations it made the stay more special. One thing that I found irksome were the church bells peeling every 2 hours through the night. Definitely would return"

"Parking directly outside, shops 5 min walk away. A minor property fault was fixed straight away by owner. Very nice bedroom which had a lot of light leakage but was much quieter than reviews led me to expect. A cosy cottage which had all we needed for our 2 night stay."
