"No hot water for shower. No room cabinets for storage. No trash bins for garbages. You can hear all the noises from outside. Bed is hard as rock that caused me backpain."

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "
