「The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay...

「I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.」

「This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. 「It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. 「I never got to stay at chesla tower2 because they said expedia payment was pending. And they told me that my reservation wasn't at chesla tower2 they just use that address and try to redirect me to some other location. They told me that if i wanted to stay i had to pay again. So i had to find another hotel room somewhere else. This was a very horrible experience for me and ruined my trip when i get back home i will finish filing my claim with Expedia hoping to get reimbursed for what i have...
